„During the seminars, I learned a lot of things that are important to me:

  • New way of speaking to the decision maker – we are talking not often enough to the decision maker
  • Do not talk about product too much, but about customer’s feelings and expectations – emotional approach to the customer
  • We have to involve into the process instead of just act as a servant, because customer will have an advantage over us
